The spray system from Chem-Brill is an isolating & cleaning system for edge banding machines, which will not only improve the edge banding results, but also significantly reduces overall costs. The especially for this system developed Prim Edge Liquid acts as a separating agent, coolant and cleaning agent at the same time, therefore replaces traditional three products in the edge banding process.
The central supply of the Prim Edge Liquid is equipped with 0.5 bar spray pressure, which not only reduces the amount of liquid consumed, but also provides a cleaner environment, so that milling tools, scrapers and press rollers are protected against contaminations.
